On the occasion of our fall 2023 publication of the volume Successions of the Private Law Dictionary and Bilingual Lexicons series, the Paul-Andr茅 Cr茅peau Centre for Private and Comparative Law 鈥 in partnership with 脡ducaloi and Me 脡tienne Cossette-Lefebvre (Canada Graduate Scholar in Honour of Nelson Mandela and Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation grantee) 鈥 has created a series of videos with the goal of improving access to basic knowledge about succession (estate) law in Quebec.听听
In this series of videos, Me 脡tienne Cossette-Lefebvre responds to the question 鈥淲hich will to choose?...鈥 鈥 explaining not only the advantages and disadvantages of the various types of wills (notarized, holograph, in the presence of witnesses), but also what to do when there is no will.听听
