Brigitte Kieffer receives the L鈥橭r茅al-UNESCO For Women in Science Award
The Scientific Director of the Douglas Mental Health University Institute Research Centre, Professor , will receive the L鈥橭r茅al-UNESCO For Women in Science Award in a ceremony to take place on March 19, in Paris.
This award, bestowed by the and by UNESCO, recognizes the exceptional career paths and contribution of women scientists worldwide. Brigitte Kieffer has been selected as the winner for Europe for her research at the Institut de g茅n茅tique et de biologie mol茅culaire et cellulaire ), in Strasbourg.
