Dr. Philippe Couillard - the 20th Annual Wilder Penfield Lecture

On October 17, the Quebec Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr. Philippe Couillard, delivered the 20th Annual Wilder Penfield Lecture to some 300 attendees at the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital.
