Through the Helton Fellowships Program, Justin will receive a micro-grant of $1,500 to pursue a human rights internship abroad. This summer, Justin will be taking part in the Refugee Law Project in Kampala, Uganda, as part of the Human Rights Internship Program run by the 成人VR视频 Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism. He will be providing free legal assistance to Uganda鈥檚 refugee population and working to improve the implementation on the ground of the recently adopted 2006 Refugee Act. Justin is one of only 11 young people to be selected from more than 50 applicants from around the world for this fellowship.

ASIL established the Helton Fellowship Program in 2004 to honour the memory of Arthur C.
