Marie-Annik Grégoire, DCL’08, receives second Prix Minerve

Published: 11 February 2009

We wish to bring attention to the great honour recently bestowed on former Wainwright Fellow Marie-Annik Grégoire (on left, next to Dean Kasirer), who has won the Prix Minerve (ex aequo with Christine Morin, U. Laval) for best doctoral thesis.

Her work, titled Liberté, responsabilité et utilité: la bonne foi comme instrument de justice contractuelle, was written under the joint supervision of Professors Nicholas Kasirer (³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ) and Adrian Popovici (U. de Montréal).

Ms Grégoire, who is now assistant professor at the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law, has the rare distinction of also having won the 2002 Prix Minerve for the excellence of her master’s thesis.

Her latest publication will be published by Éditions Yvon Blais, in their Minerve collection.
