SPARC-organized contest offering $1 000 prize for best student video

The Second Annual Sparky Awards, organized by SPARC (the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition), offer a cash prize of $1,000 for the best new short video that portrays the benefits of the open, legal exchange of information.
