Yusuke Ishimura, SIS PhD candidate, was awarded the 2010-2011 Tim Casgrain Fellowship by the Faculty of Education.

This fellowship is competitively awarded on the basis of academic merit to an outstanding graduate student in the Faculty of Education whose area of study focuses upon efforts to improve literacy in Canada, with a preference for new areas of literacy such as economic, financial, technological and cultural literacy.
