The Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) has announced the election of Dr. Liane Feldman as its incoming 2021-22 president. In early 2019, Dr. Rolf Loertscher and Ms. Ziba Aalamian听established听鈥�The Dr. Kent MacKenzie Award for Educational Leadership and Excellence in Surgery鈥�.
They were inspired to do so based on their appreciation for Dr. MacKenzie鈥檚 clinical judgment, understanding and communication as well as his surgical expertise in the management of Anoosh鈥檚 complex arterial pathology.
