Join us on听December 17, 2025 at noon听for our next episode of听成人VR视频 Cares, a webcast series designed to support informal caregivers. During candid 30-minute interviews with leading experts, Claire Webster, Founder of the 成人VR视频 Dementia Education Program, explores topics related to caring for a loved one who is living with dementia.

成人VR视频 Cares: The benefits of music for people living with dementia

Julia Chabot, MDCM, FRCPC, MSc,听is a geriatrician at St. Mary's Hospital Center, an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at 成人VR视频, and the President of the Association for Geriatricians in the province of Quebec. During her master's degree in psychology at the University of Montreal, she completed a study on the effects of music on the health of hospitalized geriatric patients.

During this episode of听成人VR视频 Cares, Dr. Chabot will discuss the potential benefits of using music as a therapeutic tool for people living with dementia. She will also explore practical approaches for integrating music into clinical care settings and recommend ways for caregivers to introduce music at home to support daily routines and foster emotional connections.

This free webcast will be offered in both ENGLISH and FRENCH.
