Potential applicants reach out to Academic Affairs (AA) at aec8-academicaffairs3.fmhs [at] mcgill.ca听confirming their intent to apply for promotion, ideally prior to March 9. AA will coordinate a 15-minute meeting with a Department Promotion Committee (DPC) Chair (Dr. Annabel Chen-Tournoux for Clinician-Teachers and Clinician-Educators or Dr. Vicky Tagalakis for Clinician-Investigators, Clinician-Scientists and Scientists).One week before the meeting, applicants must submit a preliminary application (成人VR视频 formatted CV and draft recommendation letter- template to be provided by AA on initial contact) to their assigned DPC Chair and AA at听aec8-academicaffairs3.fmhs [at] mcgill.ca.听 |

Summer 2026 |
DPC meets and reviews dossiers. AA communicates DPC decisions to candidates. Successful candidates have the opportunity to update their dossiers before final submission. |
