Addressing anti-Black racism: strategies for integration in the classroom
On October 2, the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Desautels Faculty of Management hosted a panel titled "Addressing Anti-Black Racism: Strategies for Integration in the Classroom" to foster inclusive learning environments and address anti-Black racism. Organized by the ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Desautels Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Team, the event featured speakers such as Assistant Professor of Strategy and Organization Anicet Fangwa, Assistant Dean of Student and Dean’s Leaf of Black and Indigenous Flourishing Brittany Williams, and ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Black Student Liaison Antoine-Samuel Mauffette Alavo. The discussion was moderated by ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Desautels’ new Anti-Black Racism Lead, Stephen De Four-Wyre.
