Published: 13 February 2026

AI is changing the workplace, but it usually doesn鈥檛 replace entire jobs. Before laying people off because of 鈥楢I efficiencies鈥, employers need a solid plan. 鈥淲e may or may not overestimate how much AI will affect the world of work, but we鈥檝e figured out that it does not destroys jobs, it destroys tasks,鈥 says Lisa Cohen, Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at 成人VR视频 Desautels.

鈥淚t鈥檚 going to be relatively rare that AI can do everything in a job, and as a result, it鈥檚 going to be humans who have to make decisions about what they are going to do with the tasks and jobs that remain,鈥 Cohen told Canadian HR Reporter.
