How Alain Bellemare is leading Bombardier toward brighter days

Brought in as a change agent a bit over three years ago, Bombardier CEO Alain Bellemare (MBA鈥�93) is about halfway through a transformational five-year plan.
Along the way, he has weathered some of the toughest times for Bombardier.
In an interview with Professor Karl Moore, he sheds light on some of these challenges and on how he has managed to steer the organization toward greater stability.
