David J. Stenason (MBA 鈥�80) is a co-founder and Managing Director of Rempart Asset Management, an investment management firm located in Montreal.

Prior to co-founding Rempart in 2003, David was a 鈥渟ell side鈥� equity analyst covering the Canadian energy industry for almost two decades at L茅vesque Beaubien Geoffrion, CIBC Capital Markets, Gordon Capital and Scotia Capital. David began his career at Gulf Canada Ltd., which was a major integrated oil and gas company.

David has served on the board directors of a few junior resource companies in western Canada. He has also volunteered for several charitable organizations, including the Habilitas Foundation, the ECS Foundation, and Bishop鈥檚 College School.

David served as the class patron in 2020-2021 for the Master of Management in Finance class. David was a fund raiser for the establishment of the Donald E. Armstrong Building from 2015 to 2018.

David is also a graduate of Western University (BA) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
