HJ Jung is an Associate Professor (with tenure) at 成人VR视频, where she currently serves as Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the Desautels Faculty of Management. She received her PhD in Management from INSEAD and previously taught at Imperial College London before joining 成人VR视频.
Her research examines how social evaluations based on achieved and ascribed status can promote or hinder diversity and inequality in organisations, with a particular focus on entrepreneurial teams, top leadership, and elite workers. Her work has been published in leading management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Organisation Science, and Management Science. Her research has also been featured in international media outlets such as Time, Fortune, Forbes, Diginomica, and Maeil Business Newspaper.
HJ teaches case analysis, entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusion across undergraduate, master鈥檚, MBA, engineering, and medical education programs. She is deeply committed to experiential and inclusive teaching and has been fortunate to receive several teaching recognitions, including an Excellence Award for Inclusive Teaching at Imperial College London, awarded through student voting, and the 2026 Fetherstonhaugh Family Foundation Distinguished Teaching Award for Undergraduate Programs at 成人VR视频.聽
