Tatiana Lamoureux Gauvin
Powered by her passion to teach, Tatiana is a Faculty Lecturer at ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ Desautels Faculty of Management, where she teaches various Organizational Behaviour courses, such as Human Resources Management and Cross-Cultural Management. Tatiana is dedicated to offering an optimal student experience and doing what is best for her students’ learning process, development, and wellbeing. Tatiana is also EDI Associate for Desautels, supporting the EDI team in enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in our Faculty’s curriculum and teaching practices. Students’ wellness being a priority of hers, she also holds the Resilience and Wellness Associate position, helping the Desautels Wellness Team better support our BCom students’ resilience and wellness.
Tatiana has over 10 years of industry experience in the fields of human resources and training, along with a B.A. in psychology & management from ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ and a master’s degree (M. Sc.) in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal. Tatiana is also an active member of the Ordre des CRHA du Québec and is currently completing a graduate degree (D.E.S.S.) in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from Université Laval.
Aside from ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ, she also designs and delivers training programs to corporate clients, adopting a learner-centred approach respecting adult learning principles. She has specific expertise in train-the-trainer programs, human resources, and soft-skills training.
