IMHL leadership featured at the launch of ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµâ€™s PERL event

³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ celebrated an exciting milestone with the launch of the Pandemic and Emergency Readiness Lab (PERL), a bold new initiative led by Dr. Joanne Liu (IMHL’14) that aims to transform how we prepare for future global health challenges. Designed to bring world‑class science and leadership together, PERL is accelerating innovation in crisis readiness—from pandemics and climate‑driven emergencies to the growing threat of disinformation.

The event also featured IMHL alumnus Conrad Sauvé (IMHL’14) in the panel "Responding to Human Crises in a Fractured World", where he shared powerful insights from his Red Cross leadership.

With early projects already underway, PERL is positioning ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ as a leader in building a safer, more resilient future. Bringing science and leadership together, PERL is accelerating innovation in crisis readiness—from pandemics and climate‑driven emergencies to the growing threat of disinformation.
