Employment Equity Oversight Committee

Mandate

  • To monitor progress towards meeting the goals/objectives outlined in 成人VR视频鈥檚 Employment Equity Plan
  • Annually run and review the equity statistics to monitor progress in closing gaps or to identify new or increasing gaps in representation.
  • Review new or changing policies and procedures related to hiring/recruitment, retention, training and development to ensure new barriers are not introduced

Academic Equity Sub-Committee

Mandate

  • Represents Faculty (tenure-track and non-tenure-track), Research staff (exception - technicians), Academic Senior Administrators
  • Reviews objectives in the Equity Plan specifically geared towards the Academic groups
  • Reviews new processes or procedures regarding Academic hiring/recruitment, development and retention to ensure no new barriers are introduced
  • Reviews annual statistics on academics and recommends modifications to the equity plan as necessary if the equity profile changes.

  • Reviews annual statistics on Administrative and Support Staff and recommends modifying Equity Plan as necessary if the equity profile changes
