Samira Abbasgholizadeh Rahimi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine, was awarded a Canada Research Chair (Tier 2) from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) for her groundbreaking work in AI and advanced digital health within primary healthcare. This award is given to exceptional emerging researchers and leaders in their chosen fields, as acknowledged by their peers. Samira聽Abbasgholizadeh Rahimi is Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine, Associate Academic Professor of Mila-Quebec AI Institute, Associate member of Faculty of Dentistry, and an Affiliated scientist at Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research of Jewish General Hospital.
