Conflict Management and Difficult Conversations
- The 2019/20 MSc and PhD cohorts should take this as it is one of the training sessions promised to you as part of Orientation.
- Please note that students in older cohorts, who missed previous sessions covering this topic, are welcome to join!
- This is also open to DFM staff who have not yet taken it.
This workshop has been designed to guide participants on how best to manage conflict and the different styles that can be used. It will also provide a framework for having difficult conversations, as well as highlight some of the negative consequences of unresolved conflict on our physical and mental health.
