Program Description
The Master of Management (M.M.) IMPM [International Masters Program for Managers] (Non-Thesis) offered by the Desautels Faculty of Management is a course-based program that emphasizes collaborative and engaging learning opportunities. The program's objective is to equip students with skills in strategic management, resourceful thinking, and organizational transformation to pursue professional opportunities (or potentially continue their studies).
Unique Program Features
- Students (mid-career managers) study and focus on their own organizational and leadership issues in an authentically international context. Students engage with their peers (other international managers) through a collaborative venture of business schools located in five different countries (Brazil, England, India, China, and Canada).
- Co-founded by management icon Henry Mintzberg, the program has been transforming management practice and leadership development for over twenty-five years.
University-Level Admission Requirements
- An eligible Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA out of a possible 4.0 GPA
- Prior to applying, the candidate has to have finished all five program modules.
- English-language proficiency
