Everyone has their own story of how they have experienced the past 18 challenging months. It has brought us through a roller-coaster of emotions and stressors. We know that this journey of the pandemic is not yet over, and it will continue to reshape our lives. As we head into the holidays, changing seasons, and continued unknowns, we offer some tools to help you navigate moving forward. Mental Health

There are many indicators that affect your mental state, and actions that can be taken to help with your well-being. Check-in with yourself and ask- how am I doing and what do I need right now?

Our social well-being consists of a sense of belonging to a community and is an important part of our overall well-being. However, our social belonging and connections have shifted over the pandemic and we may need tools to support this aspect of our lives.
