Personal Finance 101: Align you Money Habits with your Goals

This is a 4-part series offered by the Health and Wellness Program.

Setting a goal, drafting a budget, monitoring your expenses, and reevaluating—these steps sound familiar, right? Despite an abundance of free budgeting and financial tools available through online searches, an astounding 47% of Canadians are still living paycheck to paycheck. Why is that?

The underlying reason is that spending and saving habits are primarily influenced by behaviour. Recognizing this, the Health and Wellness Program is excited to announce a 4-part series kicking off in 2024, focusing on money management with an emphasis on behavioural patterns. Join experienced Money Coach Angie Ross to jumpstart the year by gaining control over your finances and nurturing your financial wellness in 2024. Whether your goal is to get out of debt, stop living paycheck to paycheck or increase your savings – this series is for you!

Note: Although not mandatory, attendance to all four workshops is strongly encouraged. For optimal benefit. the workshop involves homework and application of learned concepts. To enhance commitment, we suggest finding an accountability partner and that you sign-up together.
