Drs Natalie Dayan and Louise Pilote collaborate with Wendy Wray, RN, Cardiology, in organizing the Women's Heart Health Symposium

One in three women die of ischemic heart disease or stroke. Yet most women remain unaware of the risks they face: they are under-diagnosed, under-treated and under-researched.
Our learning objective is to increase awareness and knowledge about heart disease in women amongst healthcare professionals.
This symposium will include presentations by experts on sex and gender differences in heart disease.
