Faculty Internship Offices

Internships at 成人VR视频 are managed by each faculty or school and will normally require students to be returning to the university after the completion of their internship.

Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences

罢丑别听Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences听offers a wide variety of internships at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

At the Undergraduate level:

Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in the BSc(AgEnvSc), BSc(FSc) and BEng(Bioresource) programs may take advantage of the听Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Internship Program. This program allows students to choose from听many different career-related internships, which may be either paid or unpaid.

Quick Facts:

  • Students who have a CGPA of 2.7 or higher and have completed at least 27 credits can apply for internships.
  • Each internship requires students to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks.
  • Successful completion of the internship will be indicated on student transcripts.

Students majoring in Dietetics in the BSc(NutrSc) program experience forty weeks of professional internships (鈥渟tages鈥) in clinical and community nutrition and food service systems management. These are unpaid credit courses. Successful graduates are qualified for membership in the professional order.

As part of the Concurrent BSc(FSc)/BSc(NutrSc) program, students complete a 12-credit industrial stage in either Food or Nutrition.

At the Graduate听level:

Internships are offered in these areas:

  • The MSc (Applied) in Biotechnology program includes an internship offering students the opportunity to apply their skills in cellular biology, molecular biology, proteomics, bioinformatics and general biotechnology in a concrete research setting.
  • The MSc in Bioresource Engineering (Non-Thesis) 鈥 Integrated Water Resources Management Option includes an internship in which students work with a consulting firm or a governmental or non-governmental organization.
  • The MSc (Applied) in Bioresource Engineering - Environmental Engineering option includes a research project that can be carried out in industry, government, NGO, or an academic setting. This program emphasizes interdisciplinary fundamental knowledge, practical applications in diverse environmental contexts, and the functional skills needed for solving environmental problems.

  • The MSc (Applied) in Bioresource Engineering 鈥 Integrated Food and Bioprocessing option includes training activities such as laboratory research and/or industrial/government internships, to provide students with the tools to understand how food and agricultural production interact to better manage agricultural, food, and biomass systems for the adequate supply of wholesome food, feed, fiber, biofuel, and any other bio-based material.

  • The MSc in Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry (Non-Thesis) 鈥 General and Food Safety options include a major research project which can take place within an academic or government/NGO research laboratory or in industry.

  • The MSc (Applied) in Human Nutrition - Project option includes a project providing an opportunity for participation in nutrition-related research, that may be in the areas of clinical, community, international, or experimental nutrition.

  • The MSc (Applied) in Human Nutrition - Practicum option is a mainly course-based masters with a clinical practicum to gain advanced expertise in an area of clinical nutrition. Admission is restricted to practicing dietitians with at least 6 months鈥 experience.

  • The MSc (Applied) in Human Nutrition - Dietetics Credentialing option is an opportunity for applicants with a background in nutrition to take graduate level courses and stages in the domains of interpersonal communication, clinical nutrition, and social and biological sciences, with several courses specifically focused on dietetics practice.
