RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat 鈥� Unable to submit prompts error message

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.

myProgress (Degree Works Advising) scheduled downtime June 13-14

Due to scheduled maintenance myProgress (Degree Works Advising) will be unavailable from Saturday June 13 to Sunday June 14.

Wi-Fi network: Action required to renew certificates for Windows, iOS and MacOS devices

On the morning of Thursday, April 2nd, IT Services will renew the security certificate that secures authentication to 成人VR视频's wpa.mcgill.ca, eduroam, cusm-muhc.mcgill.ca, and wpa.bus.mcgill.ca Wi-Fi networks.

This certificate allows you to sign on to the Wi-Fi network securely.

Some Android and Windows devices, as well as all iOS/MacOS devices will display a message prompting users to accept the new certificate.

Update: uPrint Scan-to-Email Fix Deployment

The fix for the scan-to-email issue will be applied to all affected uPrint machines this afternoon.

Each machine will be briefly unavailable for about 3 minutes while the update is installed:

During this time, the machines will not respond.

Notice: Microsoft Planner for Teams 鈥� Service Disruption

Microsoft has experienced an incident affecting Planner in Teams, currently making it unavailable for some users.

A solution is in place, but it may take up to 72 hours to fully take effect.
