[En anglais seulement] Jeffery Commission, BCL'01, LLB'01, holds an LLM in international dispute settlement from University College London. He has 15 years of experience as counsel, acting in numerous high-profile cases for a wide variety of clients involving a range of industries including power, oil and gas, technology, consumer goods, and public concessions.

Specializing in investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration, he has been counsel in numerous multi-million and multi-billion dollar bilateral investment treaty arbitrations under ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility and UNCITRAL arbitration rules, and international commercial arbitration proceedings under ICC, LCIA, and NAI arbitration rules.

Jeffery is also the author of numerous academic articles on international investment law. He is co-author of a forthcoming monograph entitled Procedural Issues in International Investment Arbitration, scheduled to be published in 2016. Jeffery frequently speaks at international conferences on investment law issues, including those of the American Society of International Law and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
