As People Managers and Supervisors many of us have found ourselves catapulted into 鈥渞emote work鈥�. We strive to apply what we 鈥渒new before鈥� and to stabilize our new virtual workplace - all the while anticipating an eventual return to our work site. Despite our best efforts 鈥� it is hard to secure a timeline or even a vision of our future workplace. Assumptions about 鈥渨orking from home鈥� have been challenged over these past months. We are learning that we can鈥檛 control how people work, yet we want them to stay engaged, positive and productive.
