Dr. Sara Long-³Ò²¹²µ²Ôé completed her medical school at the University of Ottawa and pediatric residency at the University of British Columbia. She then came to ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ, for a clinical fellowship in pediatric complex care and a Master of Science in epidemiology. Following this, she joined the Montreal Children's Hospital (MCH) as an academic pediatrician with special interest in the care of children with medical complexity. She is the one of the co-leads of the new Intermediate Complexity Navigation and Coordination (I-CCAN) Service and co-director of the Spina Bifida Service. She is also the Complex Care Service rotation coordinator for medical trainees and is involved in health service research related to children with medical complexity.
