Sustainable Practices in Daily Operations
FMAS not only emphasizes sustainability during the planning, design, and construction phases but also integrates sustainable practices into the daily maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds. Some of the measures include:
- Preventative Maintenance Programs: FMAS has developed and implemented regular preventative maintenance programs that contribute to the extended lifespan of equipment.
- Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products: The team is phasing out petrochemical-based cleaners in regular janitorial services and replacing them with products that meet environmental standards.
- Microfiber Cloths: The use of microfiber cloths, instead of conventional rags, helps minimize the amount of cleaning product required.
- Water-Only Cleaning Equipment: FMAS utilizes water-only floor scrubbing machines and steam-cleaning wands, which collectively save about 515 liters of cleaning products annually.
Through these and other initiatives, FMAS demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and plays a crucial role in fostering an environmentally responsible campus culture at 成人VR视频.

This service contract covers the performance of plumbing and heating work, including repair, renovation, rehabilitation, replacement, and installation, to support Facilities Management and Ancillary Services in maintaining their buildings located on the Downtown/Central Heating Plant and Macdonald campuses
The term of the contract will be thirty-six (36) months from the effective date. The contract may be extended for up to two (2) periods of twelve (12) months each, for a maximum term of sixty (60) months, at the sole discretion of 成人VR视频.
