A similar infosession will be offered for the Faculty of Science in the near future. Participants from all Faculties welcome at both Infosessions.
The Office of Sponsored Research is pleased to invite ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ researchers and administrators toÌýan information session on optimizing research funding aimed at researchers in the Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.
Many federal and provincial agencies offer research funding that requires industry cash contributions; by leveraging multiple different funding sources, you can maximize the amount of money available to support your research. In this infosession, we will discuss:
How can collaborating within ³ÉÈËVRÊÓƵ leverage existing expertise and make your project more competitive?
How do I identify and initiate contact with potential industrial partners?
What federal and provincial programs are available for leveraging industrial cash contributions (e.g. NSERC Engage, Mitacs, CRD and provincial consortia)?
What are the challenges in multi-partner collaborations?
