After graduating from VRƵ with a BSc i n immunology and an MSc in neuroscience\, he obtained a PhD in neuroscienc e from Johns Hopkins University\, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at H arvard Medical School\, and began his independent career at the New York U niversity Grossman School of Medicine\, where he explored how dopamine mod ulates the activity of brain circuits that control voluntary movements in health and disease. His laboratory relocated to the Douglas Research Centr e in 2024\, with the goal of deepening our understanding of neuromodulator y signalling in mental health disorders. Dr. Tritsch’s research uses a var iety of optical\, genetic and physiological approaches in rodents to revea l how the mammalian brain learns and motivates action. \n\nStephanie Zande e\, PhD\n\nBio coming soon. \n DTSTART:20260415T203000Z DTEND:20260415T223000Z LOCATION:de Grandpre Communications Centre\, Montreal Neurological Institut e\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 2B4\, 3801 rue University SUMMARY:Neurogenesis Speaker Series: April Edition URL:/spot/channels/event/neurogenesis-speaker-series-a pril-edition-372007 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
