SBNH Partnership: Winter 2022 Research Update

This winter, we are wrapping up the first cohort of the SBNH Leadership Program, and preparing to launch the second. We share details and updates as we celebrate this huge accomplishment and look forward to the next phase!

This winter saw the continued delivery of the first cohort of the Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare Leadership program, with the successful completion of the course modules in December. This cohort will culminate in a final celebration on March 25th, and has been a tremendous success, as evidenced by the participants' enthusiastic engagement as well as the results of the evaluation reports. Congratulations to the faculty, mentors, and participants!
