- All washrooms and floors are mixed gender and each wing has a shared kitchenette. Residences also have a TV lounge, study room, and a games room.
- Rooms are furnished with a twin size bed and mattress, desk, chair, dresser, bookshelf, lamp, drapery, wastepaper basket and small fridge.
- The buildings each have a daytime porter and protection patrollers. A locked entrance with card reader access is needed to enter the building.
- On-site laundry facilities included in the rent. The use of washers and dryers in the residence buildings are available 24/7 at no additional charge.
