T4A (RL-1); T2202A and Relevé 8 slips are issued on Minerva under the Student Accounts Menu by the end of February each year. Note that a social insurance number is required to be transmitted to the Quebec government by the University as part of its tax reporting for both the T4A and the Relevé 8 slip, therefore it is highly recommended that you provide this information to the University upon registration.
