Business Law 2 : Various topics in copyright and/or trademark. Copyright: idea-expression dichotomy and the tension between public and private domain. Trademark: embodiment of goodwill; uniqueness versus genericity; the nature of use; the scope of statutory versus common law protection. Regarding both: impact of international norms; impact of technology.
