Th茅orie et analyse de la musique : Analytical approaches to larger forms of 18th- and 19th-century repertoire, particularly sonata and other forms in solo, chamber, and orchestral genres. Various analytical methods are applied to the study of advanced chromatic vocabulary and syntax, and to large-scale tonal and formal design.
