Psychologie : The focus will be on health and illness in developing countries, in particular, on health problems (malnutrition, alcohol abuse, mental illness, family planning, and HIV) where psychosocial factors play a large role in the problem and the solution. Attempted solutions based on community participation, health education, non-governmental and international agencies will be discussed.
Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2010-2011 academic year.
