Overview
Electrical Engineering : Experimental project in solid state involving the following: techniques of preparation, fabrication and orientation of samples and structures for experimental study; use of special laboratory apparatus; measurement of electronic, optical and structural properties of samples and structures; evaluation of electronic behaviour and performance; interpretation of relevant physical processes and phenomena.
