Overview

Mechanical Engineering : Navier-Stokes equations. Laminar boundary layer equations. Similarity, approximate and exact solutions, including wakes and jets. Boundary layer separation. Stability of laminar flow. Transition to turbulence. Lubrication theory. Low Reynolds numbers flows, Oseen approximation.
