Overview

Management Policy : The course examines theoretical, managerial and social issues surrounding diversification, acquisitions and management of diversified corporations. Topics include theoretical approaches, diversification goals and performance, the acquisition and divestment processes, post acquisition integration, structure and strategy in the management of the diversified corporation, and socio-political and ethical issues in acquisitions and divestments.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.
