Overview

Nutrition and Dietetics : Combined lectures and tutorials cover topics in: mechanisms of nutrient modulation of xenobiotic toxicities; effects of nutrient excess and malnutrition on drug metabolism and toxicity; biogeography and hazards of environmental contaminants and food toxins: and nutrient effects on teratogenesis and carcinogensis.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.
