La concentration en syst猫mes d'information (SI) est un programme souple qui compl猫te bien les majeures et les concentrations d'autres domaines, puisque les technologies de l'information (TI) permettent de transformer et de fortifier l'ensemble des fonctions au sein des organisations de tous les secteurs de l'茅conomie. Cette concentration porte principalement sur l'importance des liens qui existent entre la technologie, la gestion et la strat茅gie d'entreprise. Elle vise 脿 pr茅parer l'茅tudiant 脿 devenir un planificateur, un usager ou un directeur des TI efficace dans le monde de l'茅conomie num茅rique. L'茅tudiant acquiert ainsi un savoir qui lui donne un avantage concurrentiel unique.
Les 茅tudiants titulaires d'un dipl么me avec concentration en SI sont pr锚ts 脿 contribuer aux changements g茅n茅r茅s par l'utilisation des technologies de l'information qui modifient constamment le travail intellectuel, les processus d'affaires, l'am茅nagement organisationnel et l'activit茅 des march茅s et des industries. Les dipl么m茅s occupent des emplois stables notamment dans les domaines de la consultation, de la gestion des TI ou de l'analyse d'entreprise, et ce, dans des secteurs aussi vari茅s que les services bancaires, les soins de sant茅, les finances, l'茅ducation ou la fonction publique.
