Overview

Classics : Readings by Greek authors writing during the Roman Imperial or Late Imperial periods (1st-6th centuries AD), such as Lucian, Pausanias, Philostrotus, Plutarch, Cassius Dio, Procopius. Authors and genres covered will vary from year to year.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2013-2014 academic year.

  • Prerequisite(s): Two courses in Ancient Greek at the 300-level, or permission of instructor.
