EDEM 脡tudes en sciences de l鈥檃dministration et en politiques publiques en 茅ducation : Teaching of the use of reflective practice as a means of developing individual theories of action in educational settings. It provides students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to engage in processes that can improve individual and organizational performance. Special emphasis will be given to communication, problem solving and decision-making.
