Allemand (Arts) : The course deals with the literature and culture of the Federal Republic of Germany, the former German Democratic Republic and unified Germany since 1945. It treats major authors and trends. Topics addressed include issues of nationalism and gender, multiculturalism, and other concerns of contemporary German society.
