脡tude des biblioth猫ques et de l'information : A project-based introduction to interaction design, oriented toward practical methods for designing interactive systems. Emphasis is placed on iterative and user-oriented approaches to design, including the role of observation, ideation, sketching and prototyping, and formative and summative evaluation. The role of participatory and value-sensitive approaches to design are also examined.
