Overview
Business : Gain the knowledge and skills required for efficient day-to-day management of condominium operations, including development of internal policies and procedures, maintenance of condominium records, contract management, organization of meetings and preparation of various documents. Learn how to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and to resolve conflicts.
