L'茅valuation d'entreprise joue un r么le 脿 part enti猫re dans le regroupement d'entreprises, la planification fiscale des soci茅t茅s, les litiges, l'茅valuation quantitative des dommages-int茅r锚ts, le capital de risque et l'investissement en capital. Ce programme vise l'acquisition d'une connaissance solide des th茅ories et des pratiques de l'茅valuation d'entreprise par les personnes souhaitant obtenir le titre d'expert en 茅valuation d'entreprise. En outre, ce programme satisfait aux exigences en mati猫re d'茅tudes de l'Institut canadien des experts en 茅valuation d鈥檈ntreprises (ICEEE) et pr茅pare les 茅tudiants 脿 se pr茅senter 脿 l'examen d'admission des membres de cet institut.

The focus is placed on the role of the Business Valuator, valuation terminology and principles, professional standards and practice issues, approaches to business value determinations, and the earnings-based valuation methodologies.

    Affaires : This course builds on the Introductory and Intermediate Business Valuation courses and focuses on more sophisticated valuations techniques such as valuation of various classes of shares, financial instruments, valuation of start-ups and high-tech companies, measurement of Fair Value in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (鈥淚FRS鈥), contingent consideration, tax loss carry forwards, real property (land and buildings) and equipment.
