Overview

Neurology and Neurosurgery : Students will undergo training and practice on translational idea generation and refinement; motivational aspects of translational work; the importance of intellectual property protection in creating meaningful and sustainable impact on society; compelling communication and use of narrative; commercialization, licensing and financing; seeking and engaging mentors and sages to improve ideation and realization; financing the project with grants and investments, how to manage yourself.

  • Restrictions: Instructors permission. Must have completed 1 year of graduate work in pursuit of a PhD in the IPN Program (Integrated Program in Neuroscience)

  • Students must have completed 1st year of PhD work. Students must bring laptop for classes.
